Back window frame rust / rot

Back window frame rust / rot
Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone else has had to fix rust or rot around the back window, especially on the bottom and the corners.
My right bottom corner is pretty rough and the left side might be rough too, can't remember. But the whole bottom edge is pitted in spots and pin holed.
I'm thinking since the 73-96 trucks have interchangeable rear windows that the I could possibly slice a section out of a 90s truck and weld it in. I'm talking about both bottom corners and the bottom section.
If you guys have dealt with this and have pics or tips or could tell how you dealt with it I'd really appreciate it.
