I recently had my truck in for the new pcm recall / update. I forgot to set my edge cs back to stock, long story short I had to send my chip back to edge to get it re-programmed. I got my programmer back and installed it today. My check engine light came on and it was showing those codes. Not sure why they are coming up. My dpf is removed.

I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the new update???
Senix - they wrote over the program that the edge installed on my PCM, so it essentially turned the truck back to stock but I had the dpf removed. The programmer when installed copies the trucks stock program onto it and puts its own on the trucks computer, so when ford flashed the PCM it just erased the edges program which is why I had to send it back to get it reprogrammed.
Parkland- this is kind of what I was thinking, although when I install the edge programmer it asks me if the dpf was removed and I tell it that it is. I wonder if this is some kind of programming error on edges part?
yeah, I understand now, stock ford pcm program that was looking for the DPF. After you get the edge right again that should take care of those two codes. I would not want to drive it till you have the edge fixed and loaded onto the truck.
