EBPS still beating me

I posted a few weeks ago about my P0472 code in my Excursion. Exhaust Pressure Sensor Circuit Voltage Low. I took the tube off, cleaned it out good, cleaned out both ends it bolted to, cleaned out the sensor. No luck. Runs awful. I bought a new $83 sensor and put it in today. Still runs really bad in park just trying to rev it. I can't imagine trying to drive it. I erased the code the first time I cleaned the lines and ports but it came right back immediately, so I didn't bother this time. It is not throwing any other codes. Can anybody tell me what I'm missing?

Pull the tube, cap off one end and put about 15 or 20 lbs of pressure in the tube and check it for leaks. These tubes will sometimes get pine hole size leaks.
Also use a drill and some weed whacker line to make sure there's no ash built up in the tube there by clogging it.

I know it's not leaking. I used your procedure last time I had it off. I couldn't find any weed whacker line last time so I used half a bottle of degreaser and flossed it for 45 minutes with some string and alternating with the air nozzle in both directions. I will scrounge around and find some weed whacker line when I get home Thursday but I'm not convinced it shouldn't run at least better than before as much as I cleaned it. The string fell right through to the other side easily before I cleaned it. I guess there may be a partial clog somewhere, but it's hard to think it could be anything bad.

if a string fell through then it should be clean enough to pass pressure so that isn't the problem.
Have you checked the wire for wire chaffing or damage? Have you given the wire a little tug to be sure that the wires inside are still in one piece?

You can take it off from the tube and drive it, or go to auto zone and get the painless wiring eliminator, what did you read codes with? sounds like the butterfly on the turbine is stuck shut. I don't see how the EBPS would make it run bad, you can eliminate it and get rid of that junk butterfly. JMOP.
