Glenn, I think William was talking to the op. Maybe your actually getting more pressure than required with your adrenaline? Did tw say what he set icp at because higher pressure will set the 1211 also. Sorry to hear about your troubles with tw. I agree though id be fed up and look for something else. With having the ts chip already you should try out php or dp tuner. Live tuning is really the only way to do it right but they can usually get it pretty close to what you want without live tuning. Php and DP do remote live tuning now so they can live tune your truck with you in AZ and them in georgia. Maybe something worth checking into!

I was saying the ICP max shouldn't be set to 2600.
As in SHOULD NOT.

From what I've gathered talking to Jim and Joey and a few others, the only pump that requires special tuning besides duals is the Adrenalin, because it has some flow issues. I guess it has surges or something, I didn't get the full story. So they gotta tune around the strangeness of how the pump works.

But 15° vs 17° does not require tuning change.
I know from experience as well. =)

540, there are a few threads on adrenalin vs dual systems around here, all from a month or 2 ago.

Justin, I've never heard of remote live tuning. Thanks for telling me! 540, your not the only one learning on this thread. When I get in one spot for awhile I'll give PHP a call. Doesn't DP use a different type of chip? I told Tony about the 1211, didn't get an answer to what he has it set at. I was getting nervous about getting my chip back before this 'snow bird trip' so I emailed him and asked to 'please send it to me'. The response was " I'm working on other trucks". I think he was tired of me bugging him. He reburns might be free but it took 3 months and 3 reburns to NOT get it right!

Talyn said it right, there are lots of good threads on HPOP's. The adrenaline is a single pump, the duals are two pumps. As far as singles, the stock is a 15* pump, the SD pump is a 17* pump and the adrenaline is a 19* pump?? Correct me on this if I''m wrong about the adrenaline guys, I have a short menory. The adrenaline might be a 18* pump. I should know because I have one. Anyway, the higher the angle the more the pump will put out.

Thanks, William? I see every day that there are whole books written about stuff that I don't know. I'll try to keep up. You guys have saved me and a few friends quite a few dollars lately. Not sure how to pay it back , would try if we can to help.

Jodys f5 and f6 are his own digital switcher chips. The new f8 is a ts style. Another thing you may want to check is the f6. You can burn it yourself. No sending the chip back for reburns. If you're not happy jody emails you a new tune and you download it from your laptop to the chip. Much cheaper than live tuning and holds 16 positions. Just another option for you

It sucks he has to spend more money with a different turner just because he can't get good customer service that he has already paid for

Glenn, give Cale at Tyrant Diesel a shot as well. I know a handful of guys running his tuning that are quite pleased, and I will be soon as well.

Adrenalin is a 19° pump.

The T-500 you can get from joey is a Ball Bearing 17° pump.

It rocks. And is very very affordable. 250 dollars for the same results as a 600 dollar adrenalin. =)

yeah, the adrenalin is the cost of a new modified bosh pump now.

Joey even gives you a 2 year warranty over the 1 year that the manufacturer gives you. Thats just for a new pump.

Adrenalin is 90 days.
Probably because its a rebuilt.

Joey, IIRC, will warranty his t-500 if one of his parts he puts in causes it to fail.
It's kinda hard to warranty a "used" part.
