I have a 2008 F250 cc with v10 and 410 gears. I'm getting a squeaking noise from the drive shaft, rear differential area. It only happens when I'm accelerating. It goes away at 20 mph. When in reverse it doesn't do it. I do have a 22” wheel and 37” tire on it. I have lubricated the u joints and still get noise. Any info on what it may would be appreciated.

 

I have an '08 250 cc. lb with the 5.4 and I have a squeak somewhere under the truck and don't know where the hell it is coming from. It does not sound like the drive train is causing it or the brakes either. I had the dealer look at it when they fixed something else and he heard it but couldn't find it either. It only happens some times when moving at low speeds or stopping. It is one of those high pitched irritating *** squeaks too. It almost sounds like bad wheel bearings or a bad u-joint but it is not. If you find it let me know.
