Geez! I would have to call out sick from work, my first and only mark in 11 years was from my neighbors tree branch falling and taking down my phone line which is held to the side of the house with a lag bolt....and that's what hit the rear of the cab causing a ding!

Was that a body shop or a stealership? Someone made a bunch of money off your insurance. Actually that is plain robbery.

Through the dealer. They have to order every part separately and put it together. My insurance looked at it and said the dealership was correct with their pricing. Mine has the camera and pull down step.

my first scratch/dent happened when I was getting new tires put on. I had agreed to pay in advance and have them park it and lock the keys inside so I would not have to be there when they closed. I picked it up a couple hours after closing time and there is a nice half-dollar-sized ding with a diagonal 3" scratch running right through the middle. The perfect height to be caused by one of those long-handled jacks that discount tire uses. Of course, when I brought it up to the manager, he said "it wasn't like that when we parked it". *sigh*
