That drink used be be known as an Oyster Shooter:

Into a Highball glass-
Drop one raw oyster into glass.
2 shots of Tequila.
2 oz of V8 Juice.
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Color is right. Gray matter in the bottom of the glass.

Chase with a splash of cold water.

Use 1 5.56 x 45mm 60gr FMJ NATO SS109 round to stir, for best effect.
