remote start problems

remote start problems
i installed a bull dog rs82 remote start on a 2005 ford escape with a 3.0 the service engine light comes on when i use the remote start and the codes are lost communication with ABS module and lost communication with instrument cluster module. i have all the wires hooked up that i need to and no one from the company knows how to fix it (morons) please send me any advice you have. Thanks

If the seller doesn't know what is wrong, I would return the Bulldog and get another brand where they DO know what their product does. Did the instructions list every wire that needs to be connected? By color code and location?
Losing communications might mean that the ABS and instrument modules are not getting power when you use the remote, so the computer is whining. I would check the diagram to see if they are powered by the GEM/JB or have their own source. The selling company should know what their product does, period.
