MAY chat thread.

Good evening Alabama. A late welcome to the month of May..

It was a rough end to last month for me. At least I was spared and my house is in tact. Going without power was a bit inconvienent but with God, good neighbors and work it was doable. I now have power. My neighbor said that her son said not to get used to it. There is still several months of work to make it stable.

Glad to hear Steve. I went there this past weekend to drop supplies off and it was rough for sure. My heart and prayers are with you every day. Depending on if we flood in west TN, we are planning on another trip friday to Bama land.
Have a good morning!

Thanks Scott. You may run into my daughter when you get back to Tusauloosa. Her guatd unit is supposed to get there pretty soon. They had to go to several other places first.

They are slowly getting Huntsville on the power grid. There are other towns that will be out for a while. There are 250 deaths thus far. I finally got to see some of the destruction in others places on TV. And they are flattened in places.

I've seen some of the video. Looks like a war zone, just terrible. Steve, I hope you guys can get back to normal soon, I know how tough that will be.

Good evening my bama bras! I hope each day goes by easing the pain and sorrows we have endured.
We are looking for a major distruction of west TN soon, flooding is going to happen and its going to be really ugly for sure. I just pray its not as bad as they are saying.
