At 4 yesterday I was on my way to work. At least I got out on time. Got another person trained on the forklift and the manager issued him a license. Helps when closing to have an extra operator. Especially now that all open pallets have to be put inside.

I'm going to be pooped tonight when I get off. I woke up at 3:15 this morning, and couldn't go back to sleep. I usually get up at 4:40. I got out of bed at 4:10, figured I might as well get up and going, since I couldn't sleep. I hate that!

I used to work night shift during outages. But, I never get to see the wife and kids. and my 6 year old asked me specifically not to do it.....and I couldn't tell her no! I don't mind though, it's nice at least being somewhat normal. Night shift makes things all screwy.
