Need quick iTunes help
Music:
Anyway, if you're organized ( not like me), all of the music is in one place.
Somewhere in the setup options, it shows you the folder.
Usually its a folder called itunes music or something like that. But, it will probably go better if you find the exact folder in setup.
I don't think that it will be removed when you uninstall, but you might want to copy it.
When you reinstall, if it's not there, you can go into setup and link it up again.
Playlists
I think that you can export and reimport them. I don't know how iTunes stores them. It probably is a file somewhere, but I'm not sure. Worst case, you'd have to redo them.
Sync to iPod or whatever, I have no idea.
Good Luck, Probably somebody has more specific info. I usually just diddle around until I figure it out -- then I forget exactly how i did it.

It is under the file menu.. Select Library then Backup to disc..
This way it gets all of your apps, music, and licenses..
Then you perform a restore by just inserting the disc and following the instructions..
The problem is still there. Can't sync iPhone with iTunes. With iTunes uninstalled, the computer knew it was there, and I was able to upload the camera pics to a folder.
When I reinstalled iTunes, and plugged the phone in, it shuts down my laptop, and I get the blue screen of death. Same as before.
I have Windows XP, sp3, iTunes 10.2.2. I guess I may just have to try Applecare again, but I think they are pretty useless.
