iPod and itunes?

How do you transfer music from the ipod(Nano) to the computer?? The reason why I ask is cause I had to replace my old comp cause it crashed and burned and my new comp doesnt have the original music files on it. I want to transfer all the music from my ipod Nano to my computer so I dont lose all 460 songs. Any sugestions...the itunes software is no help so far.

You have the software installed right ?

Plug it in and the software will recognise the machine then do the transfer.

Where is the HD that the music was stored on ?
That should be accessed by the new computer.
