for the most part Steve. It is another followup visit for my knee. it hasnt been bothering me at all until this morning but I think I slept goofy since it has stopped hurting. But everything should be fine today. hopefully she will also tell me I have lost some more weight which will be a good thing. I guess 15 mile bike rides are sa good thing.
