Sunday.....another day to live to the fullest......LOL
We had a block party last night to celebrate the rapture......kinda freaky......right at 6pm it started storming.....lasted until 1am......we were fortunate.....little damage from straight line winds.....others not so lucky
total destruction

Got me my biking boots outta storage, along with my leathers.....ready to ride!!

Getting ready for an amazingly awesome weekend ahead......
What more could you ask for over an extended weekend? Camping, grilling, fishing, canoeing, rafting, hiking......its gonna be a good one!! The kids and I haven't been camping since the summer of 2009 and the temps should be perfect for a weekend in the great outdoors.......gonna be GREAT to have all my babies together again!!

Well, the property across the road from me got bought and now I have muddy water running in my yard from them working. 12 acres and he put a road and drain in right across from me and ditched the runoff right onto my property.
Nice way to make a first impression.

Well Kevin, have a heart to heart talk and if that does not work, you know how to plug the thing up.
A great weekend is coming up. Me and the lady is going to Virginia late Thursday, gonna catch a concert and then off to Charlotte! I have not been there in a while and look forward to going back, then vacation starts and I think we might wonder on down to Jacksonville. Time for some beach and parties. It has been a long while for that too!
So if you don't see me on much next week, toss one back for me, I sure will for you.

The beginning was cool though. Several Blackhawks flew right over us with the combat dressed soldiers hanging out each side. After they landed, my seat started rumbling even more. Then a shadow passed over us from behind. A BIG shadow!
B2 Stealth Bomber flew right over our heads. Amazing. I have a deep interest in all things military and have been to hundreds of museums, recreations, etc. That was by far the most amazing thing! Besides my wife that is

That is definately the plans. Got a room within a mile of the track. They do shuttle service so I do not have to fight the traffic. Not planning on leaving the area untill the next day. Let the traffic clear out while I am sleeping.

Ha! Hubby just handed me the mail from TWO days ago......lol.....been kinda busy...got me a letter from my bestie in Afghanistan......the payout from my 401k from my previous job........and the envelope I have been waiting for......got my tickets to Kansas, Poconos, Michigan and Kentucky......Wooohooooo~~ got me some pit passes to one of them......gonna be a GREAT summer.....I love the midwest!!! Illinois might suck as for all the political crap, but being centrally located in the heartland is GREAT for racing season!!

UGH! Have been trying to keep my extremely personal life off this board.....but I need to vent......a little while back I disclosed my ever so delicate pregnancy....well, unfortunately I miscarried.....I love my children with every fiber of my being and I am devastated.....it should have never been a condition for me in the first place.....and now I have lost another of Daddys sisters.....only one (out of 13) of Daddys siblings left.....makes me sad......so.....I guess I will get to enjoy all the weekend activities instead of just watching from the sidelines (got medical clearance from the doc today) and whenever you decide to have the gtg, it shouldn't be a problem for me to attend......soooooo, come on Joe, work it out!
