Homemade coffee cake for my birthday boys breakfast......then he and I are off to spend some quality alone time.......then back home for his birthday celebration, dinner and my first ever homemade ice cream cake!!

Good evenin' WV.
Took a trip up to Cranberry Glades, then had a picnic on the scenic highway, then went for a 3 mile hike on the High Rocks trail. Was a good day.
Somehow we lucked out and didn't get rained on once.

Thank you all for the support. A couple of the older kids were by today and couldn't stay very long. I think maybe now they might get an understanding of what we have been going through having to look at the place everyday and go through everything.
Anyways...on to the good news.
According to the mechanic my truck will mostly likely be done tomorrow (Tues) evening. But...I don't have the best of luck, so I'm looking more towards Wednesday but that's fine. I haven't been able to drive it since Oct so I can wait a few more days. The hard part for me will be not putting it to work right away. I have a lot to do to get yard work caught up and make some money back to pay for the engine.
I was hoping to flea market some this week but I believe there's a leaky faucet over WV lol. Looks like rain everyday except Saturday, but yesterday the forecast was solid rain. It will probably change again I'm sure but a little rain won't stop me from fishin
