That is good news! My wife had a guy come to the door yesterday and ask if we would be interested in buying HIS truck he has. I guess it is a 73-76 F150 4x4 that he never got to work on and now needs it gone, I think he wanted like $500 for it. I a going to see if he will send me some pics of it. Would be a great parts truck I am thinking cause it is complete!

Hell I forgot I took & uploaded these pictures. Went to a friends house Sunday after a set of rims. Found out the bolt pattern is to small.
'77 ('78 grill) F150 4x4, 351/400, 4spd, NP205, 3:50 geared 9" & D44 That is for sale.
The SuperCab Im gonna get off him. Had a 460/C6 in it from the factory along with cruise & trailer brakes.
A few of the trucks he has up there.

I saw what you're looking for this weekend at a body shop on hwy 66 between Timbo and Oxley. I couldn't stop and check it out but the back of the bed and the passenger side that I could see from the highway looked good. Looks like the truck took a hit in the front end. I'll see if I can get a phone number for you.

Evening gentlemen, hope everyone is doing well....or at least as well as can be expected. The only thing I really dislike about this time of year is all the pollen. I'm pretty sure I single handedly keep Kleenex, Clairatin and Visen in business.
So, I'm in the crew taxi headed back to Carthage from another fun day on the train this afternoon. I get a call from the body shop asking me what I wanted to do about the one missing tire that we're replacing. As no surprise, Sam's/Wal-Mart no longer carries the style of Michelin that's been under the truck for the last three years. He named off some other style of Michelin that I'm not familiar with. I'm sure it won't match...and I don't have the $$$ right now to put a matching set under the truck, again. I don't know why I'm letting it bother me, but a mis-matched set of tires just seem wrong.Uh, because you decided to take a vacation to Iraq.

Just finished up my first rotation of nights since I went on shift at the power plant this last Sunday night. Man I am tired but I keep telling myself how much I'm gonna like the eight days off I'll get starting next week. Hopefully I can get some of my trucks parted and hauled off and also work on what I am keeping. I know what you mean about mis-matched tires but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I once had three different styles of wheels on a truck because I couldn't even afford to get a flat fixed.

We were out for a weekend bike ride and I spotted the truck on the way to Eureka Springs. On the way back I verified that it's a bump side.
As best as I can find, number is 870-447-3261 and the guy's name is John I think. I hear he's kinda proud of his stuff, though. Good luck.

Afternoon gentlemen, looks like we're going to get some more rain/thunderstorms this evening. The weather guessers are evening talking the "H" word.
I don't know if you follow the show, or agree with Mike Rowe...but we like him allot here at the house and record the new shows just for the entertainment value of watching him give it a try at these different "Dirty Jobs". This was posted by one of my Facebook friends today:
Mike Rowe Senate Testimony : Dirty Jobs : Discovery Channel
Oh, and he's a spokesman for Ford & Ford Service.

Afternoon gentlemen; another day in Missery. I keep hoping my phone will ring that someone around the Fort is looking for a throttle jockey....so far no luck. Getting tired of this 150 mile-weekly commute.Congradulations, hope it works out better than you hoped. Were you able to stay above the water? Headed south last week on a work train (first train I'd been on south of Branson in several weeks) I noticed someone's boat dock wrapped around one of the piers of our bridge over Tanycomo. The water was still flowing pretty good then. Was back through there Saturday and it was gone. I know the RV park right there on the south end of Brason Landing was underwater a coupe of weeks ago.
