Stumped

Ive got a no start still. Ive gone through the list at the top and am still going nowhere. I have 2 fully charged batteries, ficm 48.48 koeo, 48.7 koec, have fuel in bowl no new filters as it ran fine with these. Hpop guage is reading at 2600+, inertia switch is fine, did the ficm resolder carefully, have 150-180 rpm on edge monitor, ive fixed one potential but not the issue split in wiring just above injector plug, changed icp & ipr, checked main harness and connections, pulled edge and checked for codes ... nothing. Cranks over but no smoke, no desire to start. It ran fine one afternoon and when I came out to go somewhere it wouldnt start. Any thoughts?

Following this one, hmmm, curious, were they known for crank position failures?

Im not sure but its registering over 100 as needed so im doubting ckp. Just testing ficm relay now to see if its ok. Truck is an 03 6.0 250,000km, edge juice, garrett powermax ford filters, but the no start is sounding electrical to me.

F2-22 is good and wiring to fan is good. A quick bit of info for ya, I ran with no inner fenders for a short time (2-3) weeks while I was finishing flares. Rain from road or anything like that be an issue? Ive got charger on 1 battery right now then Ill ohm out ckp & cmp circuits.

not normally an issue with rain. I suspect a sync issue.
