IdI Am I Crazy ?

Well to start I was in the CF for 4 years so thank you for your service in Iraq we are friends after all, now as for idi I was dead set on.a 6.9 but now that I look for one I can hardly find any that's why Have moved twords a 2000 powerstroke, I only want 2wd and manual but I do like to have power in the form of speed on hand maybe I should stay with a pwerstroke my only major concerns are mods are not cheap either are repairs....

the good part about a 6.9, this is coming the best way i know, they have the mechanical simplicity of a hammer...they are also VERY cheap to repair and there are a lot of them haha. I've seen guys mod their IDIs to smoke the earlier strokes....which was awesome to see btw....

I do think thats amazing but my issue is that it's hard to find idi in southern Ontario and the reason I like powerstrokes and idi u say enough to smoke an early powerstroke ? How fast we talking and how fuel economic.. That's the big kicker I drive highway so I want speed to pass and merge I also want enough power to tow anything I need which is not an issue considering any ford diesel will haul all I need
