Power steering fluid change

Power steering fluid change
Hello Everybody..
I have 2000 Navigator currently with 153k mile and drove about 40k plus mile since i have purchased. i never did power steering fluid flush and have no idea if it was done before. I am thinking to change power steering fluid just as maintenance, otherwise i don't have any problem with steering. I have called pepboys and they told me they do flush with machine and charge $50+ for labor and fluid..Couple of question
1- Is better to put motorcraft, Mobile1 or anyother brand or even systhetic
2- Can i put Mercon V in power steering?
