stance

looking for options for lowering the stance of a 50's truck, not looking to spend alot, heard about drop beams or axlel and removing rear leaf springs etc. looking to stay mostly stock style stuff.

options and pics would be great

dont own a truck yet, just gathering info. stock size wheel and tire, maybe a wider rear and a bit skinnier front tire. not sure on how far down. just a nice stance and able to drive without it being a PITA

With info that generic then, yeah all of that would work.

If you are looking for a better looking stance you can use a IFS or drop stock frontend. If you do the math you be better off useing the IFS Plus get a better ride. The rear is easy just put the rearend on top of the springs. IFS and rear spring setup will give it this stance.

If your looking for ideas, you could click on different members galleries and alblums to get an idea of what you like, then if they dont already have information on there project you could leave them a personel message and ask them. You could also order some clasic truck magazines, look at the articles and also send away or call for catalogs from the advertisers to get an idea of what will cost you what. good luck . (JIMMY)
