A good radiator shop should be able to take the tanks off top and bottom and find some type of core that will work.
I don't know this for a fact, but the old time shop in my area was able to do this for a 1990 Jeep I had where I could not find a new replacement core.
Now, if you are doing your parts searches based on having a '62 F100 w/262 V6, then I understand why you are having trouble, since they didn't make one!

In case you can't find anything I have an unmarked heater core in my parts box. It came out of a slick probably '65 or '66? I don't know anything about it other than it's about 6x6x2 with 2 side pipes and looks okay. I have no idea what it came out of.
