Help Truck wont start (AGAIN)

Same symptoms as last time, see this thread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1060510-help-truck-wont-start.html#post10269749.
I did notice that the theft light is not flashing this time. Truck acts as if its not in park. I have wiggled the shifter, and even tried to start it in neutral with no luck. Im really thinking that it has something to do with the anti theft/PATS system.

Do you have access to a full function scanner? If so you should at least be able to go in and see if the theft sys has you locked out. Depending on the scanner you may be able to reset it if it is locked.
If it will not spin over you can take a 12 volt test light and check to see if you are getting 12 volts at the starter solenoid. The test light should be grounded and the tip on the small wire post at the starter, when the key is in the start position the light should be on. If it is, tap gently on the starter and solenoid and see if the contacts will make up and spin the engine, if it does, you should replace the starter.
I hope this helps.

I may have the issue solved. I took the truck to the local auto parts store and had the battery tested just to rule it out as a possible cause. The battery and charging system passed with flying colors, however they did discover that I had a constant 2.5 amp draw on the battery. So, I brought the truck back home and began to search for the source of the draw. I connected my multi meter in-line with the battery and started pulling fuses one at a time. I found that two of the fuses had a bit of corrosion on them and one had condensation inside of it. I started looking for the source of the mositure and discovered that the rubber boot in the door jamb had a tear in it allowing water to enter the fuse panel. The passenger side carpet was wet and the channel in the door sill had water standing in it. I went to the junk yard and got a new rubber boot and fuse panel and replaced them. I hope this solves my problem. Only time will tell.

Sounds reasonable to me, let us know if it fixes it.
