really small scratches

here is a pic of some of them.
it is where grit got behind the car bra.
they look like they are all the way thru to the undercoat.
no rust seen so far.
i see these scratch remover paint sticks
has anyone tried them?

Most likely, the black you are seeing is simply dirt...Some Turtle Wax Polishing Compound will get rid of that issue....Then I'd simply use some wax/sealer.....

thanks but there are indentations in the paint levels, so they are scratches
they catch fingernails

The black is the primer. I would simply fill them with touch up paint.

Fill them with touch up paint, color sand them with some 1000 grit, compound and then polish. You should be good to go.
