Thanks for the heads-up. I'll keep that in mind when I change my thoughts about hating spray-in bedliners.

I already read the previous post. I was simply giving you another option given your reason for disliking them. Weigh all your options before you make a decision so that you have no regrets. I personally don't give a crap which you use since its your truck and not mine, I just like to see people make an informed decision rather than being close minded.

Well...

I have had bare bed floors (74 F100, 87 Ranger), plastic liners (74 F100 again, 75 F100, 2003 F250, 2005 F250) sprayed-in liners (2003 Nissan Frontier) and I prefer for THIS particular truck a plastic liner.

That's all I asked, what years fit the bed when I hit the junkyard.

Nothing more. If you want to start your own thread on the merits of sprayed-in liners go ahead. That wasn't what this thread was meant to be.

The thing about these forums is that you trend to get a lot of input. Be it relevant to the topic or not. Since I was only trying to help in giving you another option maybe you should just take it with a grain of salt. If you don't like all the replies you get here you could just research it for yourself. That or tru getting your shorts out of a was and just be appreciative of the info you receive, take what's useful and leave what's not and try not to be so snarky.

That was not what I was trying to imply. I was trying to nicely say to not be such a d bag. I don't want to argue with you about this anymore. I was just trying to help. Its not worth my time. I sincerely regret trying to give you any assistance.

Reflex might be better for you, but it's certainly not superior to LINE-X. Reflex is applied at room temp and low pressure which is inferior to a heat/high pressure application like LINE-X. Reflex is 100% polyurethane, so it is softer, but has a much lower tear and tensile strength. Langeman, the company that makes Reflex, makes a wire tape and has a patent (and monopoly) on it and it's good stuff. I think they concentrate on that market and not the coatings market because they really are WAY behind in the coatings industry.

Well as far as usefulness, I still pick Reflex. Line-X sets up too hard for making anything sit still.

Some people want to slide stuff across a bedliner, some don't. If you don't want stuff to slide on LINE-X, tell the dealer and he will apply a heavier texture on the floor. The heavier the texture, the more grip on the payload.

I've had my Reflex for 7 years without a single problem. Very minimal fade, no rips, tears, or peeling. Plus it has a lifetime warranty so should anything like that happen, I have nothing to worry about.
