And dude, thanks a TON.. that means a lot to me.
no problem. also, i put on oem exhaust manifolds with the mr gasket intake/exhaust gasket and this thing STILL leaks. i even replaced the egr tube. i have a generic one into two muffler and the stock cats, but the leak is coming from the manis.

Sounds like they could be warpped to me. If you have a milling machine handy you could touch them up some, but that is not really a common tool in the average guy's shop.

P.S. Belt sanders can work wonders too, but remember to be very careful and get it even, or else you could end up making things worse.

nope i dont have a milling machine lol. i could easily access one, but i had my manifolds installed at a shop. my truck has been back 3 times trying to fix leaks, and nothing seems to do the trick. i bought the manis new, so i dont think they are warped. i think its leaking where the egr tube comes out.

To the OP, lift the S.O.B.
Its your truck, do what you want, if you want a lifted truck bad enough, you'll get used to it, and you'll do what it takes to make it right.

Mine's 2wd, if I had the money for tires and all I'd do it in a heart beat, I know 4" and 33's look good, and you may can get away without a gear change.
I have 31's, it wouldn't look good to me and I just got'em so I'm not gonna lift it, I need a F250 more than my 150 so I got bigger fish to fry.

My truck does have a 4 inch lift and 33s. I have some crappy pics of it, but can show them if anyone wants.

id lift it if thats what you want. i plan on lifting my 2wd a few inches and then even bigger after i convert it to 4x4. if you go about 3" it wont look bad at all with 31s. any bigger it might look goofy to some people but if you were to set it up cosmeticly with a few prerunner features i dont think anybody would put your truck down
