Fuel gauge wrong.

Hey guys. Recently my fuel gauge has been showing full all the time now. Any suggestions on where to start?
Thanks
Nick

Without dropping the tank I would check all the fuses and or relays that could have anything even remotely to do with this. Dropping the tank isn't hard anyway, do the in tank mods while it's down and check for float interference. I haven't had this exact problem so maybe someone smarter than me will help haha.

Yes I already checked all the fuses hoping to get lucky but nope struck out. I already did the intake mods so possible I screwed something up but that was like 10,000 ago.

I vote for float interference also. On the bright side, you can feel good about your false mpg!

my 2000 did this after my 35mph head on crash.

now my 2002 is doing this randomly, if i fill it back up it works. its happend twice in the last 6-7 months (6k miles) i've thinking its the float/sending unit so i figure when it sticks for good i'll replace the pump. only solution i see to the issue?
