Fuel Gauge Sending Unit Resistance

When the fuel gauge reads full is the resistance near zero or infinity?

Zero is full up to around 87. Infinity is full on the 87-up trucks.

That's the way it works - Full is low resistance, but actually about 12 ohms. And ~72 ohms for empty.
