so you think your's is cracked. Are your pipes black? Any other symptoms?

No question mine is cracked, it has been since 26k or so. I expect I'll have it replaced before I reach the end of the 5/50 emissions warranty.

Our tail pipes are gray as they should be. It is hard fot us to miss a regen as we have the after market gage right to my left at eye level and the EGt's go up 300/400 degrees on a regen. we had two regens in 1100 miles. We are pulling @ 23,000 lbs truck and camper so our EGts are always high. @ 500 miles between regens has been normal for us when on the road for a long time.
