Three blink....
Others may know this, I didn't. Three blink turn signal goes to 5 blink when hooked to my 5th wheel. What forward thinking...go Ford.

I didn't notice it the first time I towed either. This trip I had occasion to hook-unhook several times and found the 3 blink to 5 blink consistent after each transition. Thought I was mistaken at first but monitored it closely and this is how mine works.

Haven't had a chance to check it on my trailers that have brakes, but the trailer I have at my house (small covered) trailer, still flashes 3 times with the trailer attached (using a 4 pin connector). Truck was built on 12/02.

Mine still blinks 3 times...trailer or no trailer. Built 9/10.

I'm a three blink too, with both our old TT and now our 5er. I'd love to be a 5 blink when towing. Truck was built in August 2010.
