Motor mount too big?
i snapped a motor mount in my truck, bought new ones and found that they are not the same size. They are bigger (longer and have a bigger bolt) than the originals... Help!!! Are there differences in mounts between different years?

i found that the motor mounts for a later model are the correct mounts for this engine. Which kinda sucks, it makes me think that the motor is not the original. If i'd of known that i wouldn't have rebuilt it i'd of put a V8 in for sure.
Oh well, my mounts will be in on Tuesday. Thank for the reply...
