YIKES I just priced the IPR at international. I will get one from one of the sponsors. $200ish is better than full retail of $469.86 was or the nice guy discount he said he would give me that would get it down to $330.xx. Just asking has anyone felt brave enough to purchase one from ebay. Since some of them are significantly cheaper. Just askin fellas.

When you had the IPR out of the HPOP, could you "Rattle" it ? shake it and hear it click?

No full of oil then I cleaned it and took it apart like one of the links shows to and put it back together. Everything seemed fine. I'm gonna pick up a new one today. I found one also for $140 online but I can get one today at Ford for $187. I may just eat the extra $47 to get it today.

dying

my 96 psdi kept dying, ford replaced the computer for the original owner. if when it dies does the tach drop out ? I replaced the cam position sensor. took care of the problem.
