Ok so we just got AE working. Max boost by the gauge was 12 and most boost saw on the MAP sensor was 13. ICP pressure was holding 3,200 at 40% duty cycle (Jelous). Were going to hook up out boost leak dector now and checking fuel filter now.

I also have TW tunes and with my baby beans (130cc) I can also blacken out the road behind me. I had him reburn it and it still smokes , I would love to get all the power I can out of my mods without pouring black smoke out. Time to check with another turner, PHP is sounding good. I know most people think its cool to blow black smoke and I do too, when I want to. Most of the time pulling my 5th wheel I think its embarrassing and wasteful. People just think I have a piece of shi! 15 year old trunk!

I agree, Glenn. I'm not a big coal-roller, either. The only time I really enjoy it is when I have a tailgater...then anything goes.

I'd rather have the power than unburnt fuel. I am right on the verge of plonking down for Stage 1's (AC), so I'll figure it out after that.

Give Cale at Tyrant Diesel a call and see what he can do for you. Cale's dad is Brian of BTS and he's been doing this a while but he just started his own company. Tyrant Diesel.

Both! You've got to start somewhere. Unplug the MAP sensor (electrical), if the truck runs better then inspect the hose for blockage. If you find none, replace the MAP sensor.

Unplug the electrical, it will put the truck in "default" map mode, if it runs better the map sensor is bad.

And what Chase said, check for blockage in the tube. If you want to replace the tube air compressor hose works well.

Gray is good. Black is bad. If its black it should be replaced. But even if it is a gray one it could have failed.

If its running better with it unplugged my guess is its taking a dive. You sure the hose is OK?
