Wow, I had to take my drivers VC off this weekend to chase down a ground fault code & I found the exact same thing. Well, almost... Mine has been rubbing in the exact same spot.. just no hole yet
I will be checking mine tomorrow, I have a bad boost leak right now. I know my uppipes are shot but to only be making 17psi boost with my DP installed its worth a shot
Edit: i checked mine its not a hole yet but whats a good way to stop it from becoming a hole forever?
