ookay dude you biggggggg help. ill do the instrament cluster first .. being that ive got new fluid in tranny and its like 12 quart or so that it took and is a hundred dollar bill at lleast to tear back into the tranny. i sure will let you know how i make out prolly get to that on weekend time . thanks again i thought that i read somewhere about the instrament cluster ..

 

So you are going to throw an instrument cluster in it without actually doing any diagnostic work? This could get very expensive....

 

Swapping parts is a good hobby. Keeps a lot of people out of trouble.

just wanted to ad an fyi here i havent changed my instrament cluster yet . but get this **** . this trick i have found has me pointing directly at the instrument cluster . when my tranny shift hard as hell . and the over drive light comes on blinking. i just play the drums on dash above cluster and light turns off and it shifts great just thought id let you all know !
