I thought intalling the 3" MBRP DP was a royal pain, worst project ever. Until now as I try to install a 3 1/2" DP for my H2e. I think my truck is one of the special "engine back, cab forward" models!
I wish I had the equipment needed to pull the transmission so I could get at it with a BFH... so far I've tried 2x4"s, pipe, pry bar, porta power. It seems like it's moved as far is it's going to move.
I've read about guys moving the engine forward, mine won't budge. I'm thinking of trying to move the cab back next.

Have you cut the pinch weld in strips and then pushed it back with the portapower?
Does the Diamond Eye DP require any modification or would it be installed as received pertaining to the length compared to the OEM length?Assuming using the remaining exhaust system as a bolt on install.Just wonderin for when mine shows up here soon.THnkx
