calling numberdummy... need your help

hey Bill,

I'm in need of some numbers on a 460 build... I have the rear sump oil pan (dipstick tube included).

I need the numbers for the

oil pump (if different from front sump)
extended oil pick up tube/screen
dipstick
rod bolt for the extended tube

and anything else that I need to use this rear sump pan

thanks bud

John

John, I'm guessing Bill will want to know the application (year/make/model) of your oil pan. There could be several to choose from.

jniolon, I put a 460 in my bronco a few years back and got the parts though the local ford parts dealer. He told me if i needed parts for replacements later to just ask for 76 f-250 / 4/4 parts. I just removed the parts and put the engine in a 2 wheel drive pickup. The numbers on the parts , which were a little hard to read are.

oil pan. E7TE 6675 BB
011295B

dip stick. 033095
494 Not sure if i got all of them.

dip stick tube. Q29AA

oil pump. M84D USA
226

oil pump pick up tube. E4HE-6622-CA

I left the main bolt with the stud on it in the engine because i never had the regular one. Any ford dealer can find that in their books i would think. Like i said ,they told me 76 f-250 4/4 were the replacement parts ,so they should come up with those easy. JIM
