oil + water

Its spring time! I usally change my Dist. cap and rotor and give her a oil change. As I started to remove the oil pan plug I noticed antifreeze running out the losened threads of the bolt. I got about 3 or 4 tablespoon full before the oil. This was easy to do as it is cold here and the oil was thick. My truck has been sitting in the garage most of the winter. Last time had it running was january. No oil in the radiator, oil looked clean and read full on the dipstick prior to draining it. Being an FE I'm thinking my aluminum intake is to blame from sitting over the winter. The next issue is I found a small piece of copper in the oil filter (1/4"x1/4" flake) Not sure what to do here ? fill it with oil and fire it up or pull the oil pan, or pull the motor? The specs: Custom show and go 4x4 based on a 70 F-100. Thats were any simalarity ends. Motor was rebuilt in 2001 maybe 50,000 miles on it. 360 bored over 040 thousands, 390 rods and pistons, 428 crank, cleavite bearings, high energy comp cam, heads rebuilt rocker ratio changed, Wiend dual plain intake, Holly 4150 double pumper. Motor was blueprinted and balanced and has been a good runner. Thanks RKD.
