Sigh friday we had a bad strom with big winds and i open my door and the wind pulled it right outta my hand.
It looks like the upper hing has been pulled away a bit and door doesnt line up good at the botton almost like its going to hit front fender.
Any advice on how to fix?
Can i just try to tighten hing?
i can post a pic of the damage if that will help

Sorry to hear about your door. I had a similar thing happen on my 83 a few years ago. Each case is different, but I fixed mine by adjusting the hinges. Be careful, though, as this can get your door really out of whack since there are so many adjustments (in, out, up down, top, bottom......). Also, check to see if it cracked the body around the threaded bolt holes where the hinges attatch. Mine was cracked but I've never fixed it yet. Just adjusted to acount for it and hoping that the wind never catches the door again! BTW - after the "wind incident" I looked at the other door and found the same thing had happened to it sometime before I bought the truck. Good luck.
I'd do it right - pull the back edge of the fender out (there are about 8 bolts and hammer the hinge back in so it's in the original line. Then it's easy to adjust it if necessary, and the fender, too, to make sure you have no interference.
