Tires/programmer?
Just purchased my first truck and I am looking to do a few different things to it so I got a few unanswered questions. Thanks in advance!
I have the 2007 Lariat F150 with an axle code of H9, which mean 3.55 gear ratio.
1.) I have 32" tires on it now, I believe (275/65R18) and stock tires are 30.5"(265/60R18). Will these larger tires cause problems with the tranny? If yes, would a programmer help? It has the tow package so it has the tranny cooler. Will it make that big of a difference?
2.) I've read a programmer will have problems if you have after market intake and exhaust. Such as the edge evolution. Anyone have experience with this?
