Could really use some bodywork help.
RRust repair time! I am not doing any body work at this time just rust repair and metal finish with a worn out paint look to try and match the rest of the truck. I do not want the repairs to stand out but more look like they were done years ago. I need to play with my greens a bit more but you get the idea.

It is not a lot of curve but it sure makes a big difference in how much filler you will use later.

[/IMG]Lets start with the front repair. First make templates for reference.

[/IMG] [IMG]
[/IMG]Checking the fit on the fender for curve and over all shape.
[/IMG]Then I check the fit to the lower front section.

[/IMG]This is as far as I got today and I will finish it up in the morning. I just used my mig to tack it but will grind those down and Tig the entire weld so I can hammer finish it as best as I can. I will finish the last section of the wheel opening once it is bolted together and I can blend the shape so it flows correctly.
