She's taken some abuse in her life. Grew up in florida moved to maine upon learning how to drive on snow and ice it costed me both front fenders, both driver side doors, passenger front door, grille, bumper and fog lights. Only thing left to replace is the front bumper and she will be spotless again.
I would suggest replacing the valve springs, either with oem, or comp 910's esp if you have a chip or tuner and run it hard. I'd say thats why you have had the rocker arms and pushrod failures. I'd say you springs might be holding half of the seat pressure they did when they were new. I know the ones on the 244k mi motor i'm rebuilding to drop in my truck, were worn out. One of the valves smacked the piston on cyl #5 pretty good.
Just a thought.
But that's pretty good for 300k, could you just imagine what a list like that would look like for most 6.0s?
Yea those are definetly on the agenda. Of course when it happened was around christmas time and money was tight. There's always something to replace lol. I could not even begin to imagine that list....I would probably still be reading it haha
