I had a QTP on my '12 F150 5.0. Worked great and I put it through hell. Would definitely do it again but I got an ecoboost to replace it.
Worked well because I wanted the throaty v8 sound most of the week but quiet when I was on the highway, I spliced it in before the muffler but after the Cat so that it wouldn't throw codes.
