Like they say men are Better in every way than women....Just kidding My s10 had over 100k when I sold it and it would still smoke the tires. It was a real solid truck. To bad it doesnt have the 6.0.
my god man, where do you keep all of these at? the crown vic, van, excursion, impalas now tahoe lol and i thought it was hard trying to drive 2(expy/excursion)
hope you got a good deal! not a chevy man but that new car smell is allways nice! so congrats!
Yep, my wife and I have been 'discussing' her desires for a new Cadillac SRX....
but she quickly stops the argument when she brings up MY desires
Even made me look at a GMC Yukon in Carbon Black - pretty truck and the salesmen were dying to get their hands on the Ex !!!
but I told them they don't have enough money to get it off me !!!
Sherrif, why did you go for the Tahoe over the Explorer or Expedition? Just curious if you looked at those too...
I already have a nice Explorer 4X4. (see below)
And the Expeditions are in very limited supply on dealership lots. Even when we can find them around here, they are not equipped the way I wanted.
3rd reason --- my daughter will be driving it too. She liked the Tahoes and Yukons better. We looked at a beautiful burgundy Yukon, but they had sold it by the time we decided to buy it.

I live in a well established neighborhhood in a city. While we have on street parking, I had to build a 4 car garage in my back yard. (I need an 8 car garage!!!) I also have an upper driveway and a lower driveway. I didn't want some of my stuff parked out on the city street.
There is no such thing as a good deal on a Tahoe or Yukon. The dealerships nationwide keep the prices inflated on both the new and used ones. For price comparisons on new and used I searched eBaY. The Tahoes and Yukons were all pretty much inflated on eBaY too.
