It's going to depend on what's inside you axle. Have you removed the cover to take a look? It can be any one of these:

Four prong internal tooth OTC , 205-192 Wheel Hub Nut Socket - T83T-1197-B

2-1/2" Rounded Hex OTC , 519097-5 Wheel Bearing Locknut Socket T95T-1197-A 2-1/2" Rounded Hex

2-3/4" Rounded Hex OTC , 519097-4 Wheel Bearing Locknut Socket T95T-1197-B - 2-3/4" Rounded Hex

Now, how come you dont see the second and 3rd link ones at the store?

Or instead of making it a socket, they are doing the teeth/prong method to grab the sides?
I was looking for ones like the second 2 links there.

William, without a doubt mine uses the 3rd link Jim posted. Truck in my sig w/ D50. It can be had at any auto parts store. Look for the rounded hex spindle sockets. Should say 2 3/4" 6R.

The links are working for me??

The reason I said look inside...... is you never know what you're going to find, the PO may have changes the nut or lock-outs.

I think i'll just pay the 60 for the rental cost, and buy the correct socket when i'm done.

Auto hubs use the 2 3/4" hex socket and manual hubs use the "four prong internal tooth" socket. I've had both sockets and they only cost about $20 each at Autozone.

Then you need the four prong socket. There will be a lock nut, lock washer, and retaining nut. If you have a chiltons manual it will tell you how to torque the nuts.

Just a heads up. The 95 parts truck I had with Warn manual hubs on te D50 used the same 2 3/4" rounded hex head socket. Had the exact same nut as my auto hubs. Doesn't mean it was correct but that's what was in there.

Somebody didn't read the Warn install instructions...

http://warn.iwebcat.com/_Members/lookups/partdetail.asp
"WHEN REMOVING A WARN AUTO HUB (1995 & LATER FORD OEM, OR A WARN AUTO HUB RETROFITTED ON FORD OR GM VEHICLES), CONVERSION KIT No. 32721 MUST BE INSTALLED."
