cams are funny
cwc or cmc is the casting manufacter the number on the cam but 623?? could be the grind number but most of the after market grinders use longer numbers then that, look in a older trw/clevite sealed power catalog they use numbers like tm623 or cs623 or mc623 and thats probley what you have check the lift on the cam and multiply that times the rocker arm ratio that will give you the lift on the cam hope this helps
