OK, there U go, I stand corrected, thanks fish man!
the I6: 250, 300; the V8 302 & one of the 351s will all take the same bell/transmission due to that bolt pattern sometimes called a SBF.
That is correct. the "one of the 351s" is the 351w or Windsor noted above.
Back to the ford family idea...the 351w looks like a "W" when viewed on end, correct? was made in Windsor, Mischigan? the M in molene, indiana? many like the M for the track, the w for off road?
