4 inch lift is not a big deal. what i would do is put the turbo on, dump the ifs, put a dana 60 in the front, regear to 4.10, and use the drop hitch.

that is how i had all my trucks setup, and never had any problems with towing or power.

Cant afford a SAS right now...

I sent a email to a local place that builds springs and see what they can do and what their prices are like. If it's not too bad i may get custom springs front and rear....

If i ever start really towing a lot, i'll probably get a crew duallie with 4.10s and build it up. I kinda want to keep my 3.55 (effective 3.08) ratio since i mostly just drive it...

Hey AUNE! Clear your PMs so i can send you one...

So Option A looks like it's going to run about $700+

I'm now leaning toward option B, with a twist...

-Question- Can you put a gear vendors OD on a 4x4 truck?

If so then i might go back to stock height and save my pennies for an OD box.... or maybe a brownie....

On a semi related note, i finally fixed my front axle so my 4wd works...

You can put an OD unit on a 4x4, you just can't use it while in 4x4 cause it mounts after the t-case.

Now if you got a ranger torque splitter that's a whole different beast.

That's true, no need for OD while in 4x4.

Only thing I like about the ranger torque splitter is the extra shifter, how cool is having 3 shifters!?!?!

But you'd have to move your trans and t-case, back 8" and get bucket seats, lotta extra work.
