My pressure stayed way above 2000 PSI past 100 MPH. I ran out of road before I ran out of fuel. I don't know what else to look for, but I captured everything that WoodNThings said to capture.
This is also before I put on my 4 inch turbo back exhaust. Thanks Clay!
I wonder if the numbers will be different after the exhaust?
With your DC only hitting 35% it looks like you may have not been on the throttle all the way? 2500 PSI is pretty good numbers for a stock HPOP, usually see 2200 - 3100 on the various trucks I have played with while running AE.
Is there something wrong since I am not getting DC higher?
That's all the power your tuning is calling for. Having the IPR max out low is kind of a good thing since it means your HPOP is in good shape. Move from the superchip up to a custom chip and I bet you see higher IPR values, and I bet the truck moves faster too.

Chris is right on it for you. Time for a DP Tuner, just in time for RRE

I actually have an F-5 on the list next. I have to get my MBRP exhaust (4 inch turbo back) and then my sway bar bushings.
I wanted to get some AE data to make sure soundness of the engine.
I was over 100 MPH on these runs, so more fuel is not really necessary. The pressure staying up means that I shouldn't have to worry about pressure issues inside the pump.
Now here is a question for the panel of experts:
That was something that I was figuring would be a good RRE Saturday project.
Your HPOP seems to be holding pressure fine so I'd leave it alone. If it starts falling off later, that's when you can send it to Joey. If you want to change the lines, go ahead.
Nice job on the graphs there Bobby, well done. When you get a chance - try datalogging with the 5th wheel hooked up, datalogging up a grade. Get some good data of your HPOP while pulling that load.
