Greetings!

I was washing my Ex a few days ago and I noticed near the back of the roof on both sides a seam that appears to have some sort of caulk or filler that has been painted over. Along the edge of the caulk I noticed a small crack. I do not have any leaking as of yet, but i want to know what can I do to seal the crak before it leaks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

 

On my 01, I added some clear silicone over the seam at the very rear. Mine would occasionally leak onto the rear panel in a hard rain. After the silicone, havent had a leak.

Thanks for the feedback! Currently, it looks like it is just a paint crack, but I don't want it to get worse. The silicone looks like it might be a viable solution. Thanks again!
