Seems logical that it's a 3" lift in the rear Trey. Other than comparing to a stock vehicle I don't know how you would determine the lift in front.
Don't the stock leafs only have like 3-4 leafs...then you can either look at that or if it was a shackle lift and that's when it starts to look funny were they hang down low and still only have the little leaf pack, or if it has multiple leafs then it was a spring swap.
