Goodmorning all 
Thank God it's Thursday! Only 2 more days of babysitting (for a week)...UGH!
Chores are done & now it's time to find something for kids 3 kids (12 & under) to keep them busy without having to spend money or alot of gas to travel somewhere.
Ok...deep breaths, count to 10...I can do this!

In most cases that would be so Bruce, but the Super Duty comes from the factory with a block between the rear axle tube and the base of the spring pack...4" on an F350, and 2" on an F250.
Seems logical that it's a 3" lift in the rear Trey. Other than comparing to a stock vehicle I don't know how you would determine the lift in front.

Don't the stock leafs only have like 3-4 leafs...then you can either look at that or if it was a shackle lift and that's when it starts to look funny were they hang down low and still only have the little leaf pack, or if it has multiple leafs then it was a spring swap.

The Claw.
The Claw was an evil villain of Asian ancestry in the TV series, Get Smart.
The Claw was so called because one of his hands was missing, a la Captain Hook. In its place was a powerful shoehorn-shaped magnet.
The Claw spoke English with a heavy accent.
Picture Smart holding him off at gunpoint. Smart would turn to his sidekick, Agent 99, and say with a squinted brow, something like: "Well, 99, I see it's our old nemesis, the Craw."
Before 99 could respond, the villain would break in, growling: "No, not da Craw -- da Craw!"
